I'm being charged multiple times for Viki Pass

Please let us know by writing in to the Help Center. If possible, please include the following information:

  • How do you watch Viki (iPhone, computer, etc.)?
  • Screenshot of the invoices where you see multiple charges. You can also include the emailed invoices you receive each month. 
  • The credit card type (Visa, MasterCard, etc), last 4 digits of the credit card, and the expiration date. 
  • The dates in which the charges are being taken out of your account. 
  • Any other emails you may have.
