How Can I Update or Remove My Payment Information?

Depending on the billing platform that you subscribed or rented with, you can update or remove your payment method by following these steps:

Viki Website (Viki.com) Subscriptions & Rentals

Update Billing Card

Make sure you're updating your card information to one of our accepted forms of payment, and follow these easy steps:

  1. On a web/mobile browser, log in to Viki.com
  2. Visit your Subscription and Settings page and click on the 'Subscription' tab
  3. Scroll down to the Payment method section and click on ‘Update’.
  4. Enter your new card information
  5. Click ‘Confirm

For payments made through Apple Pay or Google Pay, you will not be able to update your payment method in the middle of your subscription cycle.

  • To pay with a different payment method for your next renewal, cancel your subscription and resubscribe with your selected payment method once the current cycle ends.
  • To pay with a different payment method when changing plans, simply input a new payment method at the checkout page.
