Unfortunately, Viki cannot process refunds for subscriptions purchased through the iOS app, since we have no access to your iTunes billing history. To request a refund through iTunes or the App Store, iOS users should follow the instructions found here.
Android and Web users can request a refund by filling out this form, stating clearly the reason you're asking for a refund.
Refunds will not be given in the following scenarios, though not exhaustive and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis:
- Cancelation made after the renewal date
- Accidental purchase
- Forgot to cancel
- Canceled but charged with no confirmation of prior cancelation
