Try measuring your download speed to see if you can achieve speeds of above 10MB/s. If you are experiencing problems on connections over 10MB or stable enough, contact us via the help center widget and share with us your results.
We recommend using speedtest.net to test your download speed when experiencing connectivity issues or other video play issues. There's also a Speedtest app you can install on your device.
