I have a good Wifi/3G/4G connection but videos don't play

There's a common misconception that the "bars" or signal strength shown on your device mean your connection is fast enough to handle video playback. Often, they don't represent how strong or stable your connection actually is. 

We recommend using Speedtest on Android or iOS to test your download speed and determine if there are connectivity issues that cold potentially cause video playback issues. Try measuring your download speed and if you're experiencing problems, even on connections over 10MB or stable enough, contact us and share with us your results.
