We’ll be ending support for Viki app versions 2.6.0 on Roku TV / 2.5.0 on Apple TV and older.
Users will be prompted to upgrade their apps starting from Mar 22nd, 2021.
What if I’m not able to download (or update to) the latest version of the app?
If you’re facing issues downloading the latest version, please try these steps below:
- Ensure that your Roku TV or Apple TV has sufficient memory/storage space
- Make sure your Operating System (OS) is updated to the latest version
By default, both Roku TV and Apple TV are set with automatic updates for channels/apps but if you have this setting turned off, you can learn how to manually update your channel/app here.
What if I’m still having issues downloading?
If you’re on the latest OS version and are still unable to download the latest version of the Viki app, it could be that your device is incompatible. You can continue watching Viki from other compatible devices and from our website. You can see all of our supported apps here: Viki.com/apps
