My QC benefits are "locked." How can I access them again?

A user's QT/QC benefits are only locked if an account is considered "inactive," meaning less than 500 contributions (any combination of segments and/or subtitles) were made during the user's 6-month QC period. In order to unlock QC status, a user must become active again by creating a minimum of 500 contributions. 

Users can track their contribution progress on their profile page under the "Overview" tab on the "QC Status" widget.
