Trying to access viki on my roku. I have premium account. Failing to launch and says to restart. Tried numerous times to no avail. What is the fix for this?

cdimmen9_579 hat einen Kommentar hinterlassen having same issue here. all is well until trying to launch...i have the Kocowa yupgrade as well. Please fix this problem as soon as possible.
