I got the same thing with BIG ISSUE.  Seems like there is a problem as I have noticed several messages like this regarding different shows.

I noticed that my Watch List is missing. I even added something to it. It shows that I added it but if I go to the list it is empty. The other lists that I had set up are showing.

Same for me....watching Big Issue. Very frustrating when you pay for pass plus! I have Roku on tv and Android tablet and phone ... Getting this on all of them.
