3. [Solved] I still have ads despite paying for pass plus.

I figured out to fix it but you would have to cancel your subscription with viki and purchase the subscription through roku. It's really stupid, but that's only fix that seems to work.

I have the same problem. I am using Roku and it won't let me disable the ads. It says I have to use the web app, but I can't seem to find the option on my web account. This needs to be fixed.
