 So it's a year later (at least) and I"m trying again and the same thing is happening. VIKI has NO trouble taking my money in seconds, and tells me my subscription is in place and I sign in and BOO...

[Closed] Not getting PLUS content in spite of an upgrade.

I am noticing several people are experiencing the same problem I have--they have upgraded to PLUS but are not receiving benefits that come with PLUS. What's happening?
