I just tried to open viki on roku and it opens briefly and then kicks me back out to the roku home page. It was fine yesterday but now this. Please fix this asap.

A lot of my favorites have disappeared - about half the ones I'm following. When I add a show to following it doesn't show up in shows I am following or in my favorites on roku.

I just bought a new roku and neither rakuten viki or just plain viki are in the channel store. What's going on? It was fine on my other roku.
