[Closed] Kocowa shows black screen
Hi! You said the Kocowa shows are available to Viki pass plus but they’re not. I’m a Viki pass plus and these shows play black screens. Please fix this issue asap because I am paying for this pass plus but I’m not receiving the service/product.
