[Solved] Something went wrong

I keep getting the message - I have clear the cache, Uninstaller the app, restarted the TV, and unplugged the TV to cycle and am still getting the error, however, the app works on my phone. Is there an outage for Insignia tvs?

    This Fire TV issue is now fixed so you may return to watching Viki on your device. 

    If the same issue persists, remember to delete and reinstall your app first before trying again.
