RUNNING MAN

I  have a subscription with viki but cannot watch the latest episode of RUNNING MAN , ???? It says "CONTENT IS BLOCKED" ???

    I'm sorry that you're experiencing this issue on Viki. Upon looking into our system, Running Man's latest episode was already updated.

    Could you first please try the following?:

    1. Log out from the Viki app
    2. Delete and Reinstall the Viki app
    3. If using a browser, Clear your browser cache and cookies How do I clear the cache and cookies on my web browser?
    4. Make sure you're logging in with the correct account.
    5. If using a browser, Try again from another browser.

    If this does not help resolve the issue, could you please provide me with the following helpful information:

    1. Does this occur on all shows? If not, please let me know the specific shows and episodes you're having problems with (ex. "Chicago Typewriter" Episode 2)
    2. What version of the Viki app are you using? You can find it on the app settings.
    3. What's your device or browser and Operating System version?
    4. Your internet speed. To test this download this application and share the results.
    5. Screenshot of the issue or the error message you see.

  • I can't watch it either - mine says "available in -1 days" because it was supposed to be available yesterday :(
