[Closed] Continue Watching tab not Visible/ Appearing.

I binge-watch a lot of shows on the site but since there is no continue watching list I have to manually search for the title and find the correct episode number. You can not say that it is a Browser issue as I have tried more than 4 browsers but there is no solution to it. You can not say it is because of the ad blocker as do not use one. There are no cache issues either as no pc can have similar cache issues in all its browsers. Please, I want a solution. This thing keeps happening with others as well. This problem is making me rethink if I should get the Viki pass or not.

It first comes like this on every browser and the next moment it is gone.

Here are a few Screenshots as proof. It was there and now it is not. I think this is intentional.

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these problems on and troubleshooting did not work. 

    To make sure this is not a browser issue, have you also tried the following?

    Log out from your account
    Clear your browser cache and cookies 
    Close your current window, then launch a new window
    Log in to your Viki account

    Check that your profile/settings page indicates the same account username across all your devices.

    If the same thing happens, could you please share with me the following information?

    - Browser version and operating system. Click here to see all related information — you will get a link with all the information we need. Please share this link with us.
    - Your current location
    - Your console log and network HAR file. For more information on how to locate these, click here.

  • A month ago i made the same report, with screenshots that it appears a few seconds and then as you indicate, it disappears, and i'm still waiting for a solution.
    When see many programs and i have to search manually and in which chapter i stayed, it is quite annoying
