I bought a pass through the apple app store but it doesn't give an option to cancel, only to resubscribe to a different subscription type. I would really like to know how to cancel, their help centre doesn't reply and their help page for cancelling does not give the right information for fully cancelling on my iPhone using the app store. I thought I cancelled this a year ago but I probably didn't realize it didn't go through. PLEASE HELP.

  • I would also like to know if it's possible to get a refund for my pass since I thought my cancellation went through last year. Their customer service is unreliable!
