    Thank you for contacting Viki Community Support.

    We looked up your email address, and it appears that you're getting Viki Pass benefits whenever you are logged in with this email address.

    If you still can't see subscription benefits, we recommend taking the following steps:

    1. Log out from your Viki account
    2. Log back in to Viki 
    3. Check that your profile/account page indicates your username rafael11111

    If that doesn't fix the problem, please share with us screenshots of:

    • The locked shows you see
    • Your account/profile page that indicates your username
