[Closed] password reset

i’m trying to reset my password but when i click the link it takes be back to the homepage or says there’s no account registered with that email, but i’ve already bought the viki pass under that email. it won’t let me sign in on other devices because of this.

  • Bei mir geht es wieder, war über Browserverlauf nicht abgemeldet. Also abgemeldet, Link angefordert und dann ging die Zurücksetzung und ich konnte mein neues Passwort generieren.

  • I'm having the same exact issue. What can I do?
    I am following the instructions to change my password, to get the email and the link in the email just takes me to the homepage... There's no error message, just the link doesn't work

  • How can I check in this website what devices are signed in? What if I lost one device and I can't log out manually?
    Again, there's no error , therefore I can't attach a screenshot. The link I receive for changing the password is just not working

    It should be the device you are currently trying to reset your password on.

  • Yes my name is Mary Leonard and I am try to reset my password on my Rakuten viki account every time I do the reset password it keeps sending me to the app to login instead of the reset password thing
