[Solved] Reset Password issue
I have issue about the password reset. I try to reset and Viki want me to click the link to verify my account for password reset. But the link Viki send me back to home page which i don't need . I really need password change since i forgot my password. I'm trying to get Viki Pass.

Hi both,
Please check that you are logged out of your account on all devices first before attempting to reset your password again.
If you are still having issues, please attach a screenshot of the error page you see.
