[Solved] French translation on viki
Hello, i would like to have clear explanations. I am french and I apologize for my english.
I watch my penthouse, a drama that I love. But, I am stuck at episode 11 because there is no more french translation. I'm ad at english, currently I'm using a software to write this message. The true beauty drama is translated the same day into french. There are as many people who speak french as german in the world and yet the translation of viki... You can't give up a drama over its popularity.
It is for this reason that I don't subscription the services that you offer are not worth €54,99 per year.
I'm not the only french speaker to complain about your system thank you to fix it in this new year 2021

We don't actually translate or subtitle content ourselves; instead, our passionate volunteer community (people like you!) subtitle content on Viki. You can learn more about our volunteer community here.
When subtitles for a video don’t appear or are incomplete, the community has not finished with the subtitling yet. This is especially so for On-Air titles such as The Penthouse. But don't worry, they'll get to it very soon!
You can check a video if it has been completely subtitled by referring to the subtitle completion percentage at the bottom of the video thumbnail.
