Thanks for your interest to sign up for Viki Pass.
To clarify, the previous sale was an early Cyber Monday campaign and selected users were sent details of it before it ended.
We're sorry to hear if you were not selected this time but do keep a lookout for any future promotions on your email inboxes or on our Social Media pages (Facebook / Twitter).

Was there a misunderstanding on when Cyber Monday is? If so, that kinda sucks because I was going to sign up during Cyber Monday. Looks like I missed the deal.
Searched for the same thing and found this thread. Hopefully we hear something soon.
It says "The promo code will be sent via email and has to be applied during checkout"
I don't see an email with promo code until I saw "Available for selected new and returning subscribers"
So, I guess Viki is no longer offering promo code to all.
Plus, I sent a request to customer care regarding to that deal on Nov 23.
Nobody follows up with my request for more than 5 days.
A positive perspective is, VIKI is telling us they don't need our money. =D
Yep! I want to upgrade to Plus but will wait for discount this month or next month.

Thank you for responding. I actually checked Facebook and Twitter and I don't see any information about promotions at all for last two months. As aceofheartz7x mentioned, he found the link in Viki, not Facebook or Twitter. So, please announce any promotions on Social Media instead hide information in Viki announcement.

As the recent promotion was only for selected users, details were sent directly via email or push notifications.
The link on Viki was the help/info page that provided the promotional terms. It also stated that the campaign was only open for selected users.
Once again, we're sorry to hear that you were not selected for the campaign this time.
For future promotions available to all users, it should be made available on our Social Media pages or directly sent through email/push.

I was looking for Cyber Monday 2022 discount I was planning on getting for a year. Are they not offering this year?
I asked about it yesterday. They don't offer it this time and suggested to turn promotion on in settings for alert....
