Video not loading

  Hi there,

  We're sorry to hear that you're currently experiencing these issues. In order for us to understand the problem, can you please share with us the following information?

  1. What device you're currently experiencing issues with?
  2. If the issues are happening on the Viki app, what version are you using? You may find it under settings.
  3. If the issues are happening on the Web, what browser version are you using?
  4. Have you tried to reinstall the app or cleared your browser cache and cookies?

  I'm having the same problem. The video loading and loading and then it says to try later but episodes are not loading. I'm on a mac, I've tried on Safari and Google Chrome (both updated), I've restarted computer and cleared browser cache and cookies and still not loading.

  Did you manage to find a way to fix this issue? I am having the same problem. Video just not loading in Chrome with only a circle going around and around forever. Already cleared cache etc upadated everything but nothing. It had been working fine until a couple of weeks ago...
