[Closed] The video won't play it just shows that its loading

  Same problem - with those shows, and with everything else I've tried. Logging out, deleting cache and logging back in doesn't help either.

  I wrote their help team like a week ago about the same problem.  They have yet to respond to me.  I hope you get an answer quicker than I have...

  I have been facing the same problem. Those and other videos can only be watched  in my Iphone. They are not working in my pc.

  I'm having the same problem and I did the whole clear cache, etc. I wrote to them and then sent them requested info. I haven't heard back. This seems to have started at the end of October, beginning of November. Many people are experiencing this and the number seems to be increasing. An IT friend says the problem is at their end, server issues. I don't know, I'm not IT savvy. Helpful Hint: the shows will load on my phone. However, it is killing my eyes.
