I have an existing Request #1250453 which I opened on 15 August 2020. I chased for a response on 31 Aug but we have still not had a response. You seem to be ignoring us. My Wife and I opened two accounts and paid two subscriptions in error. We would like a refund for one account and keep the other account in place. More detail is in the request #1250453. Can you respond and help please??
