[Closed] No Viki Plus Pass after payment

I have entered my payment information 3 times over the course of 3 days I have not received any benefits and I am not able to watch the shows that I came on here for. I'm subscribing from my laptop and do not have the viki app, so I know that I do not need to do anything with my Apple account. I also logged in and out several times and there are still no changes. 

What is the problem?
