I AM TRYING TO CHANGE PASSWORD FOR MY ACCOUNT WHICH IS UNDER <email removed for security purposes>. YOU TOOK JUNE PAYMENT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT BUT VIKI IS ONLY LETTING ME SEE SHOWS WITH ADS, CAN'T GET ON ROKU TO CHANGE PASSWORD.

  • trying to set up my account but it want let me in. My account is up to date but some how it has being put out. watching shows as if i'm not a member.

    Hi lynnhall898_460 - Similarly, it appears that you're getting Viki Pass benefits whenever you are logged into this account. If you are still not seeing your subscription, please logout and log back in + check that your profile/account page shows your username 'lynnhall898_460'.
