[Closed] Viki Pass Plus Not Removing Roku Ads

I have purchased the Viki Pass Plus, and I am unable to watch my shows in HD, and the ads are still showing up on shows. I have logged out and logged back in, and it has not resolved the issue. There is no "Restore Purchase" button, because when I click on "VIKIPASS", it says that I'm already a Viki Pass Subscriber on the web, and I need to use the web app to manage my subscription. 

 

In the Roku App Video Settings, there is an Ads toggle option, but when I click on it, it tells me to use my web app to modify my settings. When I go to my web app, no option appears. This pass seems like a huge waste of money if I'm going to be unable to watch on a tv.

    Our teams are aware of this 'no subscription benefits' issue on Roku devices and is working on fixing this quickly. 

    Please follow this post here for updates when the issue is fixed, as will be closing this thread for now.
