[Solved] Can’t login to my Viki Plus account; gives me access codes for android tv, when I have a fire stick.

Just got Viki Plus, and I’m already frustrated on how to login. I have fire stick, and can’t login account because it says for android tv — all three: Facebook, Google, and Rakuten. I can see shows fine on my IPhone, but would like to see them on my fire stick tv. Help, please....

    I’m sorry that you're experiencing issues on your Fire TV Device.

    To make sure this is not an app problem can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki app from your device.
    3. Turn your device off and on again.
    4. Log back in to your Viki account by following the steps for 'Fire TV' here. To apply the code, you will need to go to https://www.viki.com/firetv.

    Are you still having the same issues with the Viki app? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    1. The device OS (You can see your version of Fire OS by going to Settings > Device > Fire TV and looking at the "Software Version" details)
    2. Your Viki app version (On the app, Left Side Bar > Settings > About Viki)
    3. A screenshot, picture or short video of the issue.
