[Closed] heartstrings

Hi There, I have recently brought a subscription on Viki for the standard pass. As I wanted to continue watching heartstrings Eposide 5. However, even after buying the subscription I am unable to watch it. Its unlocked and I can click on it but the page doesnt load what so ever...

Was wondering if I was missing something or anything that could help me..

    Hi there,

    Thank you for writing in to us and I'm sorry to see that you were not able to access your subscription then.

    I looked up your email address, and it appears that you're getting Viki Pass benefits whenever you are logged in with this email address now.

    If you still can't see subscription benefits, I recommend taking the following steps:

    1. Log out from your Viki account
    2. Log back in to Viki 

    If that doesn't fix the problem, please let us know and we'll be glad to help.
