  Hi Michelle, 

  1. Yes I am using Learn Mode

  2. I'm using a Macbook 

  3. It's a macbook using macOS Catalina 

  4. I'm experiencing this problem on both Chrome and Safari

  The learn mode out of sync is a known issue but we are unable to provide an estimated date for fix as there are other issues that the team is currently prioritizing. Rest assured that this remains an important issue we will address in the future.
