[Closed] Subscription issues

I am Unable to watch the Chi pass plus and I subscribed to a week free trial and a $10 fee monthly. But I can’t watch the video it’s still locked

    The reason why you might not be seeing benefits from your subscription is because your iTunes subscription is not linked to your Viki account yet.

    To fix this, please take the following steps:

    1. Make sure you are logged in with the Apple ID you used to subscribe in your iOS device's Settings.
    2. Log in to your Viki account on the Viki app.
    3. At the menu at the bottom, tap on ME
    4. Tap on the Settings icon at the top right corner
    5. Scroll down to the Viki Pass section and tap on Restore Purchase

    If you do not see a Restore Purchase option, please take the following steps:

    1. At the menu at the bottom, tap on Home
    2. Tap on 'Get Viki Pass'
    3. Scroll down and tap 'Restore Purchase Now'

    If you experience problems restoring purchase, please send me a screenshot of the error message you're getting and a copy of your Viki Pass receipt.

  • Joshua, I just upgraded to Viki Pass Plus. I can now get content on my computer but not on my FireStick TV. (It's telling me to upgrade to Plus in order to finish watching Coffee Prince. I realize this is a First World Problem, but I really want to watch this show tonight if possible, and not on my computer where I work all day. HELP?? :) Thanks.
