[Closed] my issue is the same.

I see the other postings but my issue is still happening! only on episodes mid way through series. very frustrating

I'll need to cancel if I can't watch anything.

BTW

hotel luna was aired in around the 6th episode with 48% subtitles.  I have't watched it since.

    1. What device you're currently experiencing issues with? 
    2. What is the Operating System of this device?
    3. If the issues are happening on the Web, what browser version are you using?
    4. Which specific movies or episodes are causing this issue? (Eg. My Secret Romance, Ep 5)
    5. A screenshot of the issue or any error messages you might see.
