[Closed] SUBSCRIPTION REFUND

Hi, I recently got a bill for the Viki Annual Subscription but I do not even use Vicki anymore (I only used it few years ago so idk how it got charged again). I would like a refund for this year's Annual Subscription and would like to cancel all subscriptions going forward. 

Please help. It went through my credit card and I will have to dispute it if does not get resolved soon. Thank you and have a great day.
