[Closed] I was charged after submitting a request to cancel
I have been trying to cancel my subscription but every time I tried to do it it sent me to the viki support page no matter what I did. I submitted various requests for my subscription to be cancelled but nothing happened and I got charged 49.99$ for the next’s years subscription. I would like to get a complete refund and for somebody to please cancel my subscription.

There was also no way for me to remove my credit card information.
