[Closed] no subtitles on my samsung tv with Roku

I have a samsung TV and I use Roku to stream Viki.  The english subtitles stopped a few days ago.  I either get no subtitles or kanji.  My samsung tablet still has subtitles.  I have tried logging out in Roku and online.

    Hi there!

    We're so sorry to read this We were experiencing some issues earlier, which should have been fixed by our engineers. Kindly try logging out and logging back in on Viki if you do not see any changes.

    If you still face these issues, please let us know and do send us screenshots of the issue so that we can further escalate this to our engineers.

    Still np subtitles. I get them on my Galaxy tablet but not my Samsung TV. They worked until about a week ago and then just stopped. I'm only getting Chinese characters or nothing.

    I have tried logging out and back in several times. I have deleted my account and gone back in. Nothing is working. This is very frustrating.

    It won't let me attach the screenshot. It says the file is too big. All the screenshot shows is the picture with Chinese characters.

    Hi,

    There is no English subtitle available on Thirty But Seventeen ep 26. I am watching it with Sony TV KDL -47W805A. I am watching from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
