[Solved] Apple TV login

I cannot log in to any account on my Apple TV Viki app. I have tried inputting my log in information in the app, I have tried the remote code log in on Viki.com/AppleTV and I have even tried creating a new account in the Apple TV app. The Apple TV app always just closes and then when I reopen it, it is still not logged in to any account.

    Hello,

    Since the time that you submitted your request, we have released an updated version of the app that should resolve the problem. Please update your Viki application and make sure it's the version 2.3.1. 

    Additionally, please check that your Apple TV is updated to the latest tvOS 13.

  • the exact same thing is happening to me and I am getting increasingly frustrated. I even unplugged and replugged in the apple TV

    We're sorry that you're experiencing issues with Viki on your Apple TV Device.

    If you haven't already, can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki app from your device.
    3. Turn your device off and on again.
    4. Log back in to your Viki account by following the steps here: http://bit.ly/30pc6qX

    Are you still having the same issues with the Viki app? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    1. Did you sign in via code or username+password ?
    2. What is your Apple TV model number? (On Apple TV Home screen, Settings > General > About > Model)
    3. What is your tvOS? (On Apple TV Home screen, Settings > System > Software Updates > version is stated under the picture)
