[Closed] Commercial frozen
I have tried to watch multiple show with commercials and EVERYTIME it gets to this American eagle commercial, it just freezes. Even if I try to go back or reboot, this same commercial comes on and just freezes. Very frustrating, to say the least!!!!!

I'm having the same issue for a week now and it's starting to get on my nerves. Even after the entire add is played out, American Eagle commercial won't start the video.
Yes, I have the same issue for about a week too. The American Eagle ad has to go. It freezes and I can't get back to the episode. I have to skip about 1/2 the episode and start the next one, which is a pain. Please someone fix the ad problem!!!

So, was it fixed or not because this exact same bug is affecting me and I'd like to continue watching my drama but I can't. Basically here's what's happening. You're watching the video, a blank ad pops up and then American Eagle is just there. It doesn't go away and it doesn't even have an arrow to get rid of it. If you refresh the page then you get the same exact ad. This is really bad.
Edit: I try to skip past to continue and I can't because of this ad
Same here, I was thinking, dang, how much did America Eagle pay to have their ad run for 10 plus minute.. than after seen all these comments, I realize it's not just me who is experiencing this.
I keep getting commercials and I bought a viki pass. the commercials are making my movie freeze. the commercials are repeating 2 and 3 times
It hasn't been fixed yet and its not just the American Eagle ad. Literally every ad freezes and I can't watch anything on viki through my computer. I would love to cancel out the ads completely but I can't afford viki pass right now. Is this your way of getting people to buy viki pass? If it is it's foul and unappreciated. Please fix this ASAP.
