[Closed] How do i contact personnel about my Viki Plus account?

When your site went down on the 14th of August 2019,  my Viki Plus account was disable to the point it went into another name all together.  I email you the problem 2 days ago but didn't receive anything from you.   I would like to know how to put this new account name under my credit card so it will show that I have paid in full, and i can watch all the drama's without advertisements.
