[Closed] No subtitles for any drama on roku 7/27/19

There are no subtles showing on any drama on roku, they work on my android app but not roku. I have checked my setting reinstalled the channel, waited several days in case it was being worked on but it is still not working. All of the solved things are posted before this happed.

    I’m sorry that you're experiencing issues with Viki on your Roku.

    To make sure this is not app problem can you please try the following?

    1. Log out from your account
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the Viki app from your device.
    3. Turn your device off and on again.
    4. Log back in to your Viki account by following the steps here.

    Are you still having the same issues with the Viki app? If so, can you please provide the following information?

    1. Which device and model number are you using?
    2. Your current location /region.
    3. Which specific movies or episodes are causing this issue? Please give as many details as possible
    4. A screenshot, picture or short video of the error message or issue.

    I have exactly the same problem (subtitles disappeared on ALL shows despite the * button and settings said subtitles are on) and tried reinstalling but to no avail.  I use a Telstra TV Box in Sydney, Australia.

    I’m sorry that you're experiencing issues on your Roku Telstra TV device. However do note that the Viki app on this device is no longer supported.

    We recommend you other options to watch Viki from your TV such as Chromecast; Apple TV; or using a HDMI cable.

    Refer to this for a list of our supported apps.
