Viki pass standard wasn't activated as promised

Hi, I've ended my monthly subscription yesterday with Google Playppayments canceled by you, (always payed with PayPal), so after that day my viki pass standard should be activated. I've received the code in my email, but since I don't own a credit card, I couldn't activate it by myself 😭😭😭😭😭
Could you guys please, activate it so I can able to work on my translating projects!??
