Not receiving notifications when new episodes are uploaded

I have push notifications for new episodes turned on, and I have the notifications for the app turned on in my settings as well. I haven't been getting notifications for the fast few months and I thought it was because my phone was older, but I just got a new phone a week ago and it's the iPhone XR, but I still don't receive any notifications when new episodes are released. I have already reached out for help but the only response I got back was to check my settings and see if I had notifications turned on for the Viki app.

    Hi Christia,

    So sorry to read this! 

    Please try deleting and reinstalling the app to see if it helps.
     
    If this doesn't work, please send us a screenshot of:

    1. The page of the drama that you're following
    2. The notification settings page for the Viki app
    2. Your notification settings page on your iPhone that shows that notifications are turned on for Viki
