No Viki Plus pass?

I pay for Viki Pass and it shows in my profile, but I am locked out of even standard pass dramas (Such as "I hate you Juliet) is this happening to everyone or is it just me?

    I have tried to find the upgrade to Plus option - and it is no where to be found. I log into my account and find my current pass, but when I try to change it gives no option. I have a standard Pass but can't see any of the plus programing and wanted to upgrade.
