[Closed] Issue: Subtitles out of sync

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by subtitles going out of sync for certain shows. We are aware of this and the team is currently working on a fix.
We'll be providing an update as soon as this is resolved.

Doctor stranger has the same problem too.. i‘m afraid that when the problem is fixed, the drama isn‘t available anymore in my country..
Please fide it for 'Pinocchio" drama also.
Who Are You School 2015 , Moorim School , Dream High , Hi! School - Love On , Bel Ami and You're Beautiful has the same problem too. I hope you can fix it too. Thanks in advance :)

We're working on fixing episode 8 of Wok of Love. So sorry for the inconvenience!
For Last Empress, we see on our end that it's back in sync. Please log out and log in of your account and try watching those episodes again.

Subtitles for Wok of Love episodes 8 and 9 (maybe more? ) are still out of sync

Fix Blood and Ghost. Feels like half the shows on the site are out of sync and unwatchable. What am I paying for exactly? I've waited a week for this to be fixed, but no cigar. Roll back whatever was done, or find a universal fix promptly. Waiting around for months for you to fix each and every episode manually really doesn't amuse me.
I feel like I'm going crazy, but the subtitles for some of the shows that are listed as fixed are still not fixed. Learn Mode sync is still off for "I Am Not a Robot," "The Undateables," and "Radio Romance." Someone earlier in the thread mentioned "The Last Empress" was not in sync, and I find that's true for me too.
