[Closed] I have viki pass plus and kocowa disappeared on the bar

  Would you be referring to this Kocowa section?

  

  If so, could you try the following steps to see if it brings it back?

  1. Log out from your account
  2. Clean the cache and cookies on your browser.
  3. Close the browser and restart it again.
  4. Log back into your Viki account
  5. Try again from another browser

  If it still doesn't appear, please let me know so that we can continue to troubleshoot the issue.
