[Solved] Ad watching last empress as a Viking pass plus subscriber on roku
I watch Viki through my roku primarily and have the pass plus. I was very shocked when the auto roll from episode 1 to 2 of the last empress with Hang Nara all of a sudden popped up an ad saying ad 1 of 1. I am under the impression that my subscription should be ad free. What's going on? I had to get entirely out of viki and reload both the app and the show to start episode 2 to avoid the ad. This isn't right. Please fix viki

Sorry the auto spell put viking instead of viki, smart phones doing their auto correction thinking you don't know what you wanted to type.

Me too! I was watching running man and I see ads too. And I'm also a viki pass!
Viki kindly logged me out on both of my rokus and had me log back in using my email - so far it seems to be holding - they said it was because I had logged out or timed out - however, this makes no sense as the rest of the shows I watched were ad free - so I cannot fathom how that argument applies. Something to do with Kocowa shows maybe? This is literally the first and only time it happened. Personally, I think it's some kind of inherent glitch within the "improved" viki roku app but not being a tech geek I can't prove that 'theory' other than float a trial hypothesis balloon at this point.
