[Solved] Video freezes watching Viki on Firestick
I've been trying to watch Come and Hug Me via the Viki App on Firestick for the last few weeks, but can't get past the first few minutes of Episode One. The video freezes, but the audio continues to play. This is very frustrating!! I've never had this issue before with any other videos on Viki. I've uninstalled and re-installed the Viki App and I also re-booted my Firestick, but neither worked. Please help!!

We've just fixed the video.
You should now be able to play it on your Fire TV.

I was excited to receive your reply and tried to watch Come & Hug Me last evening, but I'm still having the same issue.
Is there anything else I might be able to do on my end to make it play without freezing?? Thank you!!
