  Same for me!  You are not alone!  I've tried switching to the other languages too... still nothing.

  me, also. No subtitles are showing, even on content I already watched with subtitles. Subtitles are just gone.

  . Yeah, I'm trying to watch "I'm not a robot" and the subs aren't showing up. I really hope it's just a bug!

  same here.  Tried two dramas but no subtitles.  No change in my browser. No updates.  I'm sending in a troubleshooting request.
