[Solved] Can't access QC benefits
So my problem ist that I have recently reached 3000 subtitles and with that also the QC Status. But I still can't watch the shows for QCs. There is no message, that I need the Viki Pass to watch them, the videos juste don't work. Only if I try to put subtitles on a video a message appears telling me I need Viki Pass to put subtitles on this episode.
Why do I not have the Viki Pass? I also diden't recive an e-mail congratulating me to my QC Status as I got one when I became a QC Trainee. Is this a bug? Or did I do something wrong?
I hope someone can help me with this issue.
