  I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble logging in. I've just sent you an email with regard to this. Please follow-up there.

  Also, whenever you experience problems logging in, it's a useful practice to try resetting your password and logging in again:

  1. Go to viki.com/forgot_password
  2. Enter the email address you used to sign up
  3. Follow the reset steps in the email you receive. Make sure to check your Spam folder if you don't see it in your Inbox.
  4. Try logging in again
